The Shrinettes of the Golden Strip Shrine Club were founded in the 1970s by a dedicated group of women whose husbands were members of the local Hejaz Shrine Temple in Upstate South Carolina.
Today, the Shrinettes continue to play an important role in supporting the mission and activities of our Shrine Club, Hejaz Shriners, and the local Shriners Children's Greenville. Through volunteerism, fundraising, and community involvement, they help strengthen the bonds that unite our organization while contributing to causes that positively impact children and families throughout the Upstate.
At its heart, the Shrinettes organization is built upon friendship, compassion, and fellowship. Their mission is to spread joy, kindness, and love within the community while creating lasting relationships among members and their families.
For more than 50 years, the Shrinettes have proudly celebrated a tradition of friendship, service, and support standing beside our Shriner men while helping make a meaningful difference for a worthy cause.
